Error editing Exchange objects

When you add or edit any Exchange 2010 objects, you receive an error in MSPControl event log on Exchange server:

Cannot load Windows PowerShell snap-in Microsoft.Exchange.Management.PowerShell.E2010 because of the following error:
The type initializer for 'Microsoft.Exchange.Data.Directory.Globals' threw an exception.

This error occurs if the .NET Framework version 4.5 and higher is installed on the Exchange 2010 server. To fix the error, you must delete all installed versions above 4.0.
