Account Home

The Account Home page in MSPControl is the central dashboard for both administrators and customers, providing a high-level summary of account information, scheduled tasks, hosting space usage, and quick access to management areas. The content displayed adapts based on the user’s role — serveradmin, peer, or customer.

Administrator View (serveradmin or peer)

For users with Administrator access — including serveradmin and designated peers — the page provides a full-system operational overview.

Best Practices

  • Use the widget filter menu to customize the dashboard to your role’s needs (e.g., show only failed tasks).
  • Remove unused widgets to keep your workspace focused and efficient.
  • Administrators should regularly monitor failed or stuck scheduled tasks for proactive maintenance.
  • System administrators can use the Account Home page as the central control panel for tracking quota usage, account performance, and quick access to submodules.
  • For tenant accounts, use this view to get a fast snapshot of health, usage, and access to hosted services.
