SQL encryption notification

SQL Encryption allows you to use SQL Server to encrypt sensitive data instead of using crypto key in web.config

To fix this notification:

Follow steps:

1. Go to Settings -> System settings.
2. Find Security improvements
3. Enter recovery password
4. Click "Create SQL Encryption" password
