  • Updated to the current version today and this still appears to be an issue. It would appear to be related to the MySQL controller only. The Microsoft SQL Server controller does restrict the user to only the allotted number of databases and users the hosting package is provided.

  • Additional testing that I did to see if the user would be able to add past the specified amount.

  • It would appear that the MySQL Database and User counts are not being counted when the user creates a database or user account. See image for exact details.

  • I have the License file that you sent, and have updated the server. Everything, including my other licensing issues, was addressed with this update. I can finally focus on building my company again.
