Hello
I can not start update dashboard.
I have today logged in to my MSPC CP server and manually upgraded to 1.0.0.3725 via installer.
I then login to MSPC and go to update dashboard and click Enable maintenance mode
however after 1 hour it still does not start maintenance mode.
refreshing webpage does not help either

Chris Danks started the topic Account User cannot delete Peers in the forum Bug report 2 years, 9 months ago
Hello
An account user can create Peers for the account, but cannot then delete the peer. The reseller of the account, or serveradmin can delete the peers. Have upgraded to 1.0.0.2863 and created new peer (logged in as account) and tried again, but no luck
You may test it with http://control.sfdns.net ; Account – salikin; Password – S@l1k1n
Thanks -

HI
this means you have not finished setting up MSPControl. Go to settings > servers and open IIS service to configure it. Make sure you have too added at least 1 public IP to MSPControl Panel.

WebsitePanel 2 is no longer supported or developed, you should move ASAP, if you open WebsitePanel studio things like edit password now do not work as it can not download the required components as they do not exist anymore!
Please see https://mspcontrol.org/downloads/ and click upgrade from websitepanel.
I too recommend migrating to Windows…[Read more]

Hello
I noticed something bizzare
if I search for domain.com and click Account home, it gives the error from above.
the URL is: Default.aspx?pid=Home&UserID=186028
However if i go to domain.com then click the username the URL is: Default.aspx?pid=Home&UserID=5
the UserID is different!
I was able to replicate this with all other customers
