When you are logged in as serveradmin you can change the settings fine but when you are logged in under the user account you’ll get the following error:
System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server was unable to process request. ---> System.Exception: Error executing 'EDIT_RDS_COLLECTION_SETTINGS' task on '' REMOTE_DESKTOP_SERVICES ---> System.Exception: Service with ID -1 was not found
Also the same error shows at the Sessions screen.
And when you got to the Application tab as the user you’ll get the error:
Sorry, an error occurred while processing your request.
This again works fine when logged in as serveradmin

REMOTE_DESKTOP_SERVICES_REMOVE_RDSSERVER - REMOTE_DESKTOP_SERVICES_REMOVE_RDS_SERVER:Service with ID -1 was not found; at MSPControl.EnterpriseServer.ServiceProviderProxy.Init(WebServicesClientProtocol proxy, Int32 serviceId, StringDictionary additionalSettings) at MSPControl.EnterpriseServer.RemoteDesktopServicesHelpers.GetRemoteDesktopServices(Int32 serviceId) at MSPControl.EnterpriseServer.RemoteDesktopServicesController.UMJecCA4odpCLaoe4QrX(Int32 serviceId) at MSPControl.EnterpriseServer.RemoteDesktopServicesController.CRcWPO4Wkg(Int32 )

Does anybody from the support/development move…? Of course not!

Again: serveradmin can add Users to RDS Collections by MSPControl Panel. Enduser can’t and get this error.
