    You can update Web.config on enterprise server to use the lasted version of Newtonsoft.Json with this lines
    <assemblyIdentity name=”Newtonsoft.Json” publicKeyToken=”30ad4fe6b2a6aeed” culture=”neutral” />
    <bindingRedirect oldVersion=”0.0.0.0-9.0.0.0″ newVersion=”9.0.0.0″ />

    Perfect. This one change has allowed me to renew license and update server as well.

    Indeed, many problem with the MSPControl upgrade license.

    I tried the latest 2.0 and get the same error.

    “Could not get the license from a license server. Please see menu Account -> Audit Log for details. If you use a proxy please specify it on Settings -> System Settings page. Please contact support if you have any problems.”

    I also get the following error in audit log.

    Maybe the license server was unavailable temporary. Could you please try again?

    Hello, logged into the portal today and found the RED icon saying unable to renew license. The error I am getting is listed below. (Side note you have a typo in the error description. “verion” should be “version”)

    I have completed a manual upgrade of the software from the site downloads option to verify that this wasn’t something related to a partial auto-upgrade or something. Still am unable to renew the license.

    Can not get the latest verion number

    Could it be opened from your side?
    https://choco.virtuworks.net/api/v2/
    href="https://choco.virtuworks.net/api/v2/Packages(Id='mspcontrol20',Version='2.0.0.866')

    I can open the link from the server.

    I believe the link provided was clipped by the site. If I navigate to the link “https://choco.virtuworks.net/api/v2” I get a XML message :

    <?xml version=”1.0″ encoding=”UTF-8″?>

    -<service xmlns=”http://www.w3.org/2007/app” xmlns:atom=”http://www.w3.org/2005/Atom” xml:base=”https://choco.virtuworks.net/api/v2″>

    -<workspace>

    <atom:title type=”text”>Default</atom:title>

    -<collection href=”Packages”>

    <atom:title type=”text”>Packages</atom:title>

    </collection>

    </workspace>

    </service>

    If I append the two lines together I do get a much larger XML result. If I am reading this correctly it appears to be pointing to the 2.x software. I am on the 1.x software, is that my issue?

    MSPC 1.x should work too. This issue must be because of using TLS 1.2 on License Server. Try next steps:
    1. Install .Net Framework 4.6+
    2. Make sure your web.config of Enterprise Server the same:
    https://mspcontrol.org/?s2member_file_download=/MSPControl-EnterpriseServer-1.0.0.zip

I have composed a second email to </span>help@mspcontrol.org<span style=”color: #777777; font-family: ‘Open Sans’; font-size: 13px;”> as directed by the software a few days ago. I have not received anything in response from the company at this point Escorts in Bangalore </span><span style=”color: #777777; font-family: ‘Open Sans’; font-size: 13px;”> </span><span style=”color: #777777; font-family: ‘Open Sans’; font-size: 13px;”>To comply with the request I have also manually downloaded the software for the update 4884 to install to see is this resolves the issue. I Delhi Escorts have another issue that has now come up, none of my Lets Encrypt Certificates are renewing now.</span>
