I’m trying to change system setting but when I click the save button at the bottom, it’s doesn’t do anything. I checked the audit log and get this error:

    SQL_DECRYPT

If you moved Database to the new SQL Server Instance please go to System Settings to restore Encryption Key (Database Master Key)The input is not a valid Base-64 string as it contains a non-base 64 character, more than two padding characters, or an illegal character among the padding characters. at System.Convert.FromBase64_Decode(Char* startInputPtr, Int32 inputLength, Byte* startDestPtr, Int32 destLength) at System.Convert.FromBase64CharPtr(Char* inputPtr, Int32 inputLength) at System.Convert.FromBase64String(String s) at MSPControl.EnterpriseServer.SystemController.Decrypt(String str)

It appears to be, see below. Most the other functions seem to work, just not able to save this page.
