I changed the ip address of the portal server from xxx.xx.xxx.xx to xxx.xx.xxy.yy

When attempting to login to the portal, something is still attempting to connect to the old ip address.

    Server Error in ‘/’ Application.

No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it xxx.xx.xxx.xx:9002

I’ve rebooted, checked bindings in iis, gone through the files in the c:\mspcontrol folder, checked the registry, gone through the files in the c:\programdata\microsoft folder, re-run the setup.   Still getting this error.

    Any clues?

    Andrew,

Have you tried to log in from the local server (http://127.0.0.1:9002 or https://127.0.0.1:9002 if ssl is set, If bindings are set), Have you checked your firewall to make sure PORT:9002 is allowed if accessing from another machine? What version are you using? do you receive any page from IIS if not place a simple HTML file called index.html in the folder to see if this page displays?
