    Upgraded from 1.X to 2.0.0.1341 and the serveradmin account can not logon. Customers are able to log on. There are no errors displayed or recorded in the event logs. I have attempted to repair and reinstall. Installing with a clean database the serveradmin account works fine.

    How can I debug this or re-create the serveradmin account?

    What do you actually get when trying to log in, Is it a password issue, what does it say on the login screen?

    The login screen just flickered and returned back to a blank login screen. I was able to work around it by sending myself a password reset and changing the password. After that I was able to login and complete the upgrade.
