It would appear that the MySQL Database and User counts are not being counted when the user creates a database or user account. See image for exact details.

Additional testing that I did to see if the user would be able to add past the specified amount.

Updated to the current version today and this still appears to be an issue. It would appear to be related to the MySQL controller only. The Microsoft SQL Server controller does restrict the user to only the allotted number of databases and users the hosting package is provided.

    Current version:
    Database (2131, 8/26/2019 12:26 PM, Status: Ok)
    Enterprise Server (2.0.0.1265)
    Portal (2.0.0.1265)
    SRV-XXXX (2.0.0.1265)

    Enterprise Server (2.0.0.1273)
