    Hello,

we have some problems with our license since a few days and the support is not responding to our requests.
A few days ago, our free license was over, so we tried to get a new one.
If i click on setting->get license and fill in my personal data, to get a new free license, there is a error message which says, that the system was not able to get a license from a license server.

I believe that error message also states to reach out to the support team (help@mspcontrol.org). Have you contacted them about this issue yet? If not I would start there. Denis and Alexander was able to resolve this issue for me back in Feb when I was having this issue.

    Ok, try this:

    1. Backup the MSPControl Server folder
    2. Download MSPControl-Server-1.0.0.zip from the website
    3. Extract files to a folder on the server
      • Edit web.conf add configs from your server
    4. Stop IIS site for MSPControl Server
    5. Delete the old folder
    6. Move updated folder to old folder location
    7. Start IIS site for MSPControl Server

So, I think, a upgrade woldnt solve the licensing-thing (we installed 1.0.0.5188), because the licensing-webpage is also down (gives me a configuration-error). Now, I think, there is no other way, than move to other solutions/panels.

I give me a try to migrate our panels to SolidCP. As Thomas wrote, its now the 2. burn …

Edit: Ok, licence-page worked (sorry about it /caseclosed). Found a newer installation of enterprise-server and updated. After that, license worked. It was just the
