I need to create a CNAME for DKIM to point to Office 365. Do anyone know what shall I enter to below field?

    Record type: CNAME

Record Name: What shall I enter here ? “selector2._domainkey” or “selector2”

    Record Data: selector2-<my domain>._domainkey.<mydomain>.onmicrosoft.com.

    Please advise.

    Could you try “selector2._domainkey”?

I tried with selector1._domainkey and selector2._domainkey but after click on the button “Save” and go back to the DNS list, I can’t see the selector1._domainkey or selector2._domainkey in the list.

Can anyone advise me on this ?

What the version of DNS provider you are using? Please try 2012 R2 DNS provider. A lot of fixes there
