Getting error as per attachment while click forgot password:

Hi, Yes all is updated to 126.96.36.1993. Please refer to the attachment.
To addon, the error only occur after place username and click “RESTORE”.
Lim Eng, can you send screenshot of where exactly you press this button in panel? There are couple of

Click on “Forgot your password”
Fill in the username
Then click on “Restore”
To addon, this only happen when try to test on account under a Reseller.
Try on all the main account and reseller no problem.
