    We upgraded exchange 2010 to 2016 after that we cant create new mailboxes, we get the following error:

    Server was unable to process request. —> Exchange address book policy “xxxx Address Policy” was not found.     A little addon to the post:
    The problem started aften public folders was migrated fra 2010 to 2016.
    We can add users, change mailbox setting, delete mailbox, but we cant add new mailboxes not even to an all ready created user.

    After manual creation af address book policy i get the following error:
    Error creating mailbox. See audit log for more details.

    It looks like the old address book is not found, i know there is something about rebuilding the address books for each OU but offhand i dont know the command
