    Hi,

    i have added a SharePoint 2013 server in to my MSP environment and I craeted server, virt server etc and hosting plan. Assigned the plan to a user a test user and when I try to create a Sharepoint site i get the following error;-

    An error occurred while creating SharePoint site collection.

    The below is the error from the windows event log. Sure this is an MSP issue or could it be how I have setup Sharepoint?

    Please, ensure that MSPControl server app pool identity on you SP server:
    Domain Admins group in Active Directory.
    Farm Administrators in SharePoint.
    Sysadmin group in MS SQL used for SharePoint.

    Hi,

    the account I used when I installed MSP Server on the SP server is in domain admins, SharePoint farm admin and also is sysadmin on the SQL but I am still getting the same error.
