System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server was unable to process request. —> System.Exception: Error executing ‘GET_DISTR_LIST_GENERAL’ task on ” EXCHANGE —> System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server was unable to process request. —> Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHttpClientProtocol.ReadResponse(SoapClientMessage message, WebResponse response, Stream responseStream, Boolean asyncCall) at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHttpClientProtocol.Invoke(String methodName, Object[] parameters) at MSPControl.Providers.Exchange.ExchangeServer.GetDistributionListGeneralSettings(String accountName) at MSPControl.EnterpriseServer.ExchangeServerController.GetDistributionListGeneralSettings(Int32 itemId, Int32 accountId) — End of inner exception stack trace — at MSPControl.EnterpriseServer.ExchangeServerController.GetDistributionListGeneralSettings(Int32 itemId, Int32 accountId) at MSPControl.EnterpriseServer.esExchangeServer.GetDistributionListGeneralSettings(Int32 itemId, Int32 accountId) — End of inner exception stack trace —

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, sounds like you have some global problem with your MSPC Exchange module. Hard to say what exactly is not ok without looking into logs. Try to increase logging level and check logs: https://mspcontrol.org/wiki/increase-mspc-logging-level/
