And in the update Dashboard Page the where i see versions the DB has Error:

Check please if compatibility mode for MSPControl DB is set to 110 or higher,
Restart Enterprise server component(from iis) and check audit log for errors (migration task).
If its possible show me an error text.

    Hi

Just upgraded the SQL server from a 2008 til 2017 and now i get this error to:
RestoreMasterKeyWithPassword sql stored procedure using the Restored DB Password as a parameter.
‘CHECK_FIRST_INSTALL’ task on ” USER —> Could not find stored procedure ‘CheckFirstInstall’.

I tryed to set the compatibility mode to 120 and checked the cryto key and user password, restarted IIS but no luck.

Anyone that can help here in a hurry??

Little update, The Enterpise server and other servers seams to be ok, also after upgrade of SQL to 2017.

The error is on the portal server and came after updating this to version 1.0.0.6337.

    It came from version 1.0.0.5997.

If i downgrade to 1.0.0.5997 Again the error is gone.

Does that make any sense and what to do about it?

Everything indicates that this is a problem of compatibility level.

New builds of MSPC requires compatibility lvl 110 or higher.

Try to change compatibility level, restart ES component and wait till DB would be upgraded.

If its fail, check and send me audit log please.

Manual update for DB is not needed anymore.

To start DB migration to new version just restart ES app pool or iis. (of course if new version was installed)

Soryy but it did not solve the problem, how can i check that the db is upgraded?

Or can i overrule an DB upgrade and do it again, it was done when the SQL server run 2008, now its a 2017?

When we try to change status on customer from active or cancelled i get this error:

USER —> Procedure or function ‘UpdateUser’ expects parameter ‘@TwoFactorToken’, which was not supplied.

Is that also a part of missing DB upgrade?

Can i downgrade MSP files on enterprise server and try to upgrade it again, with the new sql 2017??

You can check “DB MIgration” task in audit log to check if DB was updated successfully.

You can downgrade MSP to old release but restore DB from backup may be required.
