Same error here on MSP Control version: 1.0.0.5187

For me this error is showed on Audit Logs when I execute the Task ‘Calculate Disk Space’! It happens for all my customers, bellow there is an example!

It’s quite sad the amount of errors on MSP Control for the last months! Every update is a surprise, and when NO errors happens you need to thank GOD!

I am having the same issue here. I was trying to delete an account and now the account is in a funky state. Existing and not. Can’t do anything in the portal as the scheduler is tied up on tasks. Went to the schedule tasks and clicked on stop to get the system to function again and got this lovely YSOD.

    Current Version:
    Portal (1.0.0.5191)
    Enterprise Server (1.0.0.5191, Db: 1.0.0.5191)
    SRV-XXX (1.0.0.5191)

    The Error:

Tried to update the software to see ‘ IF ‘ issue with the missing data was addressed. Wasn’t able to update due to the error that was introduced to the production code.

    (FAIL)

Had to manually download the software and install from the server. BTW, you have to stop the scheduler before the install as it will hang when it tries to stop the service during the install.

The issue has not been addressed with the current release:

    Portal (1.0.0.5198)
    Enterprise Server (1.0.0.5198, Db: 1.0.0.5198)

New error now when I try to remove / delete the user account I was trying to remove in the first place.

Found an interesting Execution Log for a running task.

    Delete “MyCustomerName”

    SPACE_DELETE_ITEMS
    Started: 4/6/2018 4:00:16 PM
    Duration: 00:10:04

    Execution Log:
    [00:00:00] SPACE_DELETE_ITEMS
    [00:00:00] User: 16
[00:00:00] Username is neither a DataColumn nor a DataRelation for table Table.

    Side Note:
I was able to stop the task at least. But I am sure in the next few moment a new one will start the the error will happen again. Looks like I am getting JIT pop-up’s on the server as well.

This is still huge issue on my server. Has this issue been addressed? I noticed that the updates have stopped, so maybe someone is looking into this issue? Has there been enough people complaining about this problem? Can we get an update or response from mspControl as to the status of this issue? Or is this going to be another silent patch that gets sneaked into the next update of the software?

No response from mspControl. I had to manually download the current update as the site wont process anything in the current state that it was in. Not sure if the issue was resolved or not, but I am finally able to delete the temp account that I was working with finally. Another case of mspControl not giving a $h1t about its customers.

I am guessing that this may have been resolved for everyone else in the forum chain as well.

    Hi Thomas,

In my case the same issue persists on task “Calculate Disk Space”, even after to update the MSP to version: 1.0.0.5222.

Today I have tried to delete an user account, but the running task never finishes and the log shows this message:

    [00:00:00] SPACE_DELETE_ITEMS
    [00:00:00] User: 8133
[00:00:00] Username is neither a DataColumn nor a DataRelation for table Table.

It is very frustranting all this errors happening and NO response from mspControl.

    Hello all!

The version 1.0.0.5241 fixed some of my issues! Now I can calculate Disk Space and remove account users, the only problem I still noticed is, after I remove the user account his website on IIS hasn`t been deleted, but I am not sure if this awkward behavior is related with the fact that before the MSP update I have tried to delete this same user account without success, so probably the process completed half of the way.
